This is an exciting opportunity for motivated CTAs to join IEC, one of the largest Spanish providers of medical imaging services solutions for clinical trials, the pharmaceutical industry and CROs.
The Clinical Trial Assistant - CoreLab (CTA-C) will be responsible for administrative tasks related to image management and provider/client communication (CROs and Sponsors’ personnel, Principal and sub-Investigators, Study Coordinators and Radiologists). Moreover, will ensure data quality and data collection techniques.
You should be able to ensure a smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in radiological images management and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Carestream® radiologic tools will be a plus.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- English and Spanish fluency (both written and oral). Upper Intermediate English Level is required.
- Catalan language is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory aspects of clinical trials.
- Familiarity with ITs and excellent troubleshooting skills Overall comprehensive knowledge of GCP and QC as it applies to clinical trials.
- Highly motivated and dynamic professional with a positive and proactive attitude to make things happen.
- Creative mind with ability for suggesting improvements in IEC procedures and a solid organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft office® programs literacy.
Key competences:
- Master or proved experience (minimum one year experience) as a Clinical Trial Assistant. Image management literacy.
- Excellent communication skills and team player. Highly organized, proactive and attention to details.
- Knowing the general procedures of IEC-CoreLab studies in accordance with internal SOPs, ICH, GCP, relevant guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.
