July 15 – full refund in case of cancellation (less € 75,00 for processing fee)
Abstract submission
June 15 – deadline for abstract submission
June 26 – communication of acceptance

- Registration is mandatory to submit an abstract
- Presenter can cancel participation without penalty in case the paper would not be accepted
